The student list shows the score the student achieved in the last lesson they completed.  To see details of their scores for other lessons, take the following action:-

  1. Log in to the appropriate Administrator Account (student group) where you have enrolled the student.  (If you have a pay-by-user licence, it is likely that all your students will be together in one group).
  2. In the student list, find the student whose progress data you wish to view.  Then, click on the product name (e.g., ‘Typequick Professional’ or ‘Typequick for Students’) in the product name column.  Make sure you click in the correct row for the  student whose progress you want to view.
  3. You will see a list of lessons completed, with their speed and accuracy score, the date the lesson was completed, and the time spent in the lesson. There may be several pages to scroll through.  You will also see how many times the student has repeated the lesson in the ‘revisions’ column, and in these cases, the score they achieved will relate to the last occasion that they completed  the lesson.
  4. The scores will be shown in date order.  To organise the student’s scores in order of speed or accuracy, click the headings of each of the columns once to select and again to organise the scores.  Repeated clicks of the column headings will place the scores in ascending or descending order.  (As a general rule, you can organise most of the columns in a table by clicking the column heading).
  5. Click on the ‘course name’ to see the key report for that lesson expressed by speed and accuracy, key by key.  Note:- In some earlier lessons, not all the keys will have been used.
