The Administration System has different levels.  Which level you start at will depend on the type of licence you have.

Main Account level.  At this level you will be able to create Administrator Accounts (student groups).  You will have access to all the accounts you create and will therefore be able to view all the student records in each of these accounts.  You may decide to leave the management and monitoring of the student records to the administrators of the Administrator Accounts.

Customers who purchase an annual licence will usually have access at Main Account level, but if they want to enrol all their students into one Administrator Account (student group) then they could choose to access only at Administrator Account (student group) level.

Administrator Account (student group) level.  At this level, you can enrol students and can view student progress reports.  You may not have access to the Main Account level (unless your Main Account Administrator decides to allow you access) and therefore cannot create new Administrator Accounts (student groups) or see student records in other Administrator Accounts.

Customers who purchase a ‘Pay-by-User’ licence will normally have a system at Administrator Account level only, meaning that all students will be enrolled into one group.
