It is not enough to simply add a Skill Evaluator subscription to a student’s enrolment if they are to be able to sit a Skill Evaluator test.  You must also ‘enable’ a student for Skill Evaluator.  This allows administrators to control precisely when a student sees the option to sit a Skill Evaluator test when the student logs in to their course.

  1. Log in to your Group Administration Account.
  2. Click on ‘Options’, ‘Skill Evaluator’ and then ‘Skill Evaluator Details’
  3. Locate your students in the student list.
  4. To enable Skill Evaluator for one student, simply click the ‘disabled’ button in the ‘Main Test Status’ column alongside the student’s name to switch it to ‘enabled’.  Make sure the student has at least one Skill Evaluator subscription allocated to them; otherwise they will not be able to attempt the test even if enabled.
  5. To enable several students, click the boxes to the left of each student’s name and then click the ‘enable selected students’ button at the top of the screen.
  6. If you want to enable all students, then click the ‘select all’ button followed by the ‘enable selected students’ button.
