When you renew your annual licence, we will top up your subscription count to the capped figure of your licence. For example, if you have a licence for up to 300 users, and you have allocated 200 subscriptions to Administrator Accounts (student groups), then we will top up your licence by 200 subscriptions.
The first thing you need to do is to check the number of subscriptions each of your Administrator Accounts have. Click here to find out how. You may need to ask the Administrators how many they need for the year before moving that quantity to their Account.
