- Is your student including an account name followed by a full-stop as a prefix in front of their user name? This will be either tquk. or, if you have a main account structure and have created one or more student groups, then you will have your own account name which should be used as a prefix by students when logging in. It will be the same prefix that you use when logging into your student groups.
- Did you remember to allocate one subscription to the student when you enrolled them?
- Do you have enough subscriptions in your administration account? Click on ‘options’ and then ‘subscription information’. If you are administrating a student group, has your main administrator moved sufficient subscriptions to your group to enable you to allocate them to students?
