The course does not recognise certain key strokes or it records them as an error

Check your keyboard setting.  Click on ‘settings’ in the course menu and then ‘keyboard’.  Check to see if your keyboard setting matches the keyboard setting on your computer which you can check via your Windows Control Panel.
