You can organise any columns of data in the system so that they appear in alphabetical or numerical order by clicking on the heading of the column. Subsequent clicks will put them into descending or ascending order.
This can be useful if you want to find a student in a long list of students, or if you want to view scores to illustrate the slowest or fastest student etc.
